This is not "traditional" therapy in that you will not visit Emotionet physically and you will not meet Thomas Edelman face-to-face. This is an online counseling service for personal guidance and support. You are paying for counseling feedback which is based on Thomas Edelman's experience and knowledge.

While we take our user's privacy very seriously, Thomas Edelman cannot be held liable for breaches of confidentiality caused by you, any other third party of this service or by unknown parties (e.g. "computer hackers), or for computer- related technical difficulties, such as "crashes" or server errors or downtimes and lost connections. No information you provide Thomas Edelman may be disclosed to any party.

By using Emotionet you declair that you are not under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.

The following is a list of agreements for using the services on this site. By paying the services fees you understand that you fully agree to the conditions below:

1. The user has no intentions or thoughts of harming themselves or others in any way, since I (the counselor) cannot provide the necessary services online.

2. The user is at least 18 years of age.

3. You agree that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of my services and you are aware of it’s limitations.

4. You agree that you have not been diagnosed with any emotional or mental disorder or with a severe clinical depression.

5. If the user is currently in therapy it is not advisable to start a second counseling relationship, which might create confusion and misunderstandings.

6. You further agree that all the information you’re providing about yourself and your problem is true.

7. You agree that you are not currently under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
